Machine Learning Architect

Job Summary

The full-time remote Machine Learning Architect will define and advance AI-driven capabilities, applying machine learning and Generative AI to complex supply chain problems while providing technical leadership and hands-on development of innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the exploration and application of emerging machine learning techniques to create practical solutions for real-world supply chain challenges
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate innovative ideas into scalable enterprise software capabilities
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of rigorous, practical innovation across the organization

Required qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, or a related field
• Extensive experience in applying machine learning to solve complex problems with a proven track record of developing novel approaches
• Strong hands-on experience in building prototypes and early systems that demonstrate new ML and AI methods
• Deep expertise in modern AI techniques, including agentic systems, LLMs, and optimization
• Strong programming ability in Python and experience with modern ML and data tooling
