Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users in identifying best practices for implementing their ML workflows
  • Manage customer relationships, including implementation and triaging bug reports
  • Generate training materials and contribute to product development based on user feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Computer Vision Machine Learning engineering
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience
  • BS or MS in computer science or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Experience with open source projects and collaborative development tools
