Machine Learning Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Data Engineer to build and maintain production data pipelines for algorithmic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines using various orchestration frameworks
• Optimize SQL transformations in Snowflake and manage dbt models for data transformation
• Integrate and reconcile data from multiple sources while operationalizing ML model outputs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience as an ML Engineer, Quantitative Engineer, or Research Scientist
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools like Prefect or Airflow
• Proficiency with dbt for SQL-based data transformation and testing
