Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer for their AI Innovations Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models for various ML tasks using deep learning and natural language processing techniques
• Implement and deploy machine learning algorithms in a scalable manner, collaborating with software engineers
• Analyze data sources, extract relevant features, and evaluate machine learning models for performance improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with a focus on machine learning, NLP, or speech analysis
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, preferably in speech or text analysis domains
• Proficiency in Python programming and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Familiarity with NLP tools, text analysis modules, LLMs, search relevancy, and feature engineering techniques
• Experience mentoring team members and defining best practices
