Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop advanced ML-powered services and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore, design, and execute advanced ML models and algorithms to deliver user value
• Apply machine learning techniques to analyze large sets of HR and Finance-related text data
• Ensure performance, scalability, and ongoing enhancements of deployed products

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math, or equivalent (Master's or PhD preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in building information retrieval and/or recommendation systems
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing text-based or graph-based ML models for production
• 2+ years of experience in building services to host ML models in production at scale
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
