A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Applied AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for improved performance and efficiency
- Enhance on-device model architecture using frameworks like MLX and TFLite
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype and ship AI-powered features
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in optimizing and productionizing ML models
- Deep experience in fine-tuning open-source LLMs
- Production experience with a modern coding language like Python
- Experience independently running critical projects and shipping ML features
- Ability to work within North American time zones with 4+ hours overlap with Eastern Time Zone
