A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their Ad Tech team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for ad ranking, targeting, bidding, and attribution
• Develop solutions for batch and real-time systems to enhance key performance metrics
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions

Required Qualifications

• Background in machine learning, optimization, statistics, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Solid software engineering skills and experience with production-grade systems
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in experimentation and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with large-scale data processing tools such as Spark or Kafka is a plus
