Key Responsibilities

• Develop data and AI-driven automated solutions for payroll processing at a global scale

• Utilize AI development environments and HR datasets to transform payroll product usage

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning software development
• 5+ years of experience using Python and ML frameworks like Pytorch and TensorFlow
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning areas such as deep learning, NLP, or GenAI
• 5+ years of experience handling large-scale data sets and productizing machine learning algorithms
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience; PhD preferred
