Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Safety - LLM MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop datasets and models for training and evaluating content safety and ML fairness
• Research and implement techniques for bias detection and mitigation in LLMs
• Define and track key metrics for responsible LLM behavior and usage

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms
• Hands-on programming experience in Python and knowledge of frameworks like Keras or PyTorch
• Experience in areas such as Content Safety, ML Fairness, or AI Model Security for 2+ years
