Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal/Senior/Machine Learning Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to deliver AI-powered agents for HR and Finance workflows
• Implement AI tools and frameworks to ensure scalability and efficiency
• Stay updated on AI advancements to drive innovation in agent performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields for Principal role; 5+ years for Senior; 3+ years for Machine Learning Engineer III
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Pytorch and TensorFlow
• Proven experience in building services to host machine learning models in production
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math, or equivalent (Master's or PhD preferred)
