Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop AI-based biomarkers for cancer therapy personalization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate AI-based biomarkers using multimodal data
• Design, implement, and improve machine-learning models to predict patient outcomes and treatment response
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical questions into machine-learning solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industry experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with machine-learning systems deployed in production environments
• Familiarity with large-scale image data or computer vision models
• Interest in healthcare, medical imaging, or applied machine learning
• Experience with self-supervised representation learning or vision-language models is a plus
