Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer (LLMs / RAG).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and extend ML models (LLMs and traditional ML) for high-accuracy insights from structured leadership datasets
• Develop RAG-based agents and algorithms to extract novel leadership insights from the research database
• Integrate advanced solutions and AI agents into the Leadership Intelligence Platform while optimizing data pipelines and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ML engineering experience with large-scale models and systems
• Hands-on expertise with RAG frameworks and LLMs, including retrieval strategies and prompt orchestration
• Strong data engineering fundamentals, including pipelines and feature engineering
• Experience with security and privacy best practices in ML systems
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Git
