Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer- AI Safety & Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop datasets and models for evaluating LLMs focused on Content Safety and ML Fairness
• Research and implement techniques for bias detection and mitigation in LLMs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into machine learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like NumPy and pandas
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical models
