Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to design and build feedback-driven learning systems for an AI agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and productionize feedback loops that improve agent performance over time
• Develop evaluation infrastructure including offline metrics and experiment analysis
• Own signal pipelines end-to-end, translating user behaviors into reliable learning signals

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience building and shipping ML systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science
• Experience with recommendation systems, ranking, personalization, or optimization problems
• Deep knowledge of Python and ML tooling
• Ability to choose simple, effective solutions over theoretically perfect ones
