Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, scale, build, evaluate, integrate, ship, and refine reward signals for recommendations through hands-on ML development
• Lead collaborations to integrate and A/B test mid-term signals in various recommendation systems
• Promote best practices of ML systems development, testing, and evaluation within the team and organization

Required Qualifications

• Background in machine learning with experience in statistics and optimization, especially in sequential models and transformers
• Hands-on experience with large cross-collaborative machine learning projects and stakeholder management
• Experience implementing production machine learning systems at scale in languages such as Java, Scala, or Python
• Familiarity with large scale, distributed data processing frameworks/tools like Apache Beam or Apache Spark
• Knowledge of agile software processes and data-driven development
