Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and implement machine learning models for processing financial documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning models for parsing and extracting data from PDF tax documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into software products
• Mentor junior data scientists and apply statistical analysis to inform product development

Required Qualifications

• Masters' or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience as a data scientist, focusing on NLP/NLU projects
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end data science project implementations
• Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Preferred experience with NLP applications to financial documents and deploying machine learning models
