Job Summary
A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer, Customer Support Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop novel ML systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations for customer service
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and build efficient AI solutions for customer support products
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies and share knowledge with the team
Required Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Hands-on expertise in LLM, including pretraining, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience building Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration and autonomous reasoning pipelines
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML/AI systems and understanding MLOps best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, and Design organizations
