Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer, Customer Support Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop novel ML systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations for customer service
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and build efficient AI solutions for customer support products
  • Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies and share knowledge with the team
Required Qualifications
  • PhD or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Hands-on expertise in LLM, including pretraining, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks
  • Experience building Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration and autonomous reasoning pipelines
  • Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML/AI systems and understanding MLOps best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, and Design organizations
