A company is looking for a Kinetic Machine Learning Engineer to assist in building and improving predictive models across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and evaluate predictive models across customer retention, network, marketing, and sales domains
• Engineer features from complex, multi-source enterprise data and maintain inherited production models
• Perform data quality investigations and collaborate with the team to define modeling parameters

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a data science or applied statistics role
• Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression
• Proficiency in Python for data science and strong SQL skills
• Experience with feature engineering from real-world enterprise data
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight
