Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the AI Generation Engine team, the full-time remote Staff Machine Learning Engineer will take ownership of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, focusing on designing, prototyping, and deploying AI-first products utilizing Large Quantitative Models (LQMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and manage robust data pipelines for training and continuous retraining of LQMs
• Develop and rigorously test novel ML models and algorithms, ensuring alignment with product objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable ML development roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of postgraduate experience in software development
• Experience in developing scalable ML systems and large-scale data processing pipelines
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Proficiency in MLOps and software best practices, including CI/CD for ML
