Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Building the core infrastructure for AI agents, the full-time remote Machine Learning Engineer will design and implement systems for agent execution, orchestration, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop core platform capabilities for hosting and operating AI agents at scale
• Create reusable abstractions and frameworks in Python to support agent development across teams
• Partner with applied AI, product, and infrastructure teams to define agent architecture and operational practices

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning software development role, or relevant PhD work
• 5+ years of experience in Python, with a focus on building reliable, maintainable production services
• 3+ years of experience with distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
• Experience designing systems for scalability, reliability, and observability
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-based environments for deploying services
