Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Machine Learning Engineer to drive the design and development of the Document Intelligence Platform, focusing on building and optimizing features such as document entity extraction, entity resolution, and document classification using advanced AI/ML techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of LLM-based technologies for document parsing and classification tasks
• Build scalable ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and inference to enable high-volume document processing workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find creative solutions and ensure best practices in software engineering

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying production-grade ML systems, with expertise in deep learning and NLP
• Proven track record of building NLP and LLM-powered products, including knowledge of RAG architectures
• 2+ years of Python experience focused on modular library design and scalable system architecture
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field or a strong portfolio of peer-reviewed research publications
• Hands-on experience with the full ML lifecycle, including cloud-native deployment and model fine-tuning
