Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the design and deployment of machine learning systems, the full-time Machine Learning Engineer will work remotely to develop demand forecasting, labor allocation intelligence, and LLM-powered workflows while managing the entire ML lifecycle from data ingestion to model performance evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems for demand forecasting and labor optimization
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to integrate ML into core workflows

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI roles
• Proven experience shipping ML systems into production environments
• Strong experience working with real-world, imperfect datasets
• Deep understanding of the full data stack, including ingestion, warehousing, and model serving
• Hands-on experience with LLM systems, including RAG and prompt design
