Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing Data Science team, the full-time remote Machine Learning Engineer will develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and data analytics solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions, including traditional applications and LLM-based systems
• Write clean, maintainable Python code and ensure data quality through preprocessing and analysis of large datasets
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and communicate insights effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree
• Fluency in Python with strong software development practices
• Solid understanding of LLM architectures and hands-on experience with RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
