Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the capabilities of automatic speech recognition (ASR), the full-time Machine Learning Engineer will design and optimize ASR models, collaborate with product teams, and build efficient audio data pipelines while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize ASR models for accurate speech recognition
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate ASR technology seamlessly
• Build and maintain efficient audio data pipelines from preprocessing to model training

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in speech recognition or a closely related field
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, especially PyTorch
• Strong understanding of state-of-the-art ASR techniques and models
• Experience with Streaming ASR Models, such as Conformer
• Familiarity with ASR evaluation techniques and recognition improving methods
