Job Summary

Designing and optimizing ASR models, the full-time Machine Learning Engineer will enhance speech recognition accuracy, collaborate with product teams for seamless integration, and build efficient audio data pipelines while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize ASR models for accurate speech recognition
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate ASR technology
• Build and maintain efficient audio data pipelines from preprocessing to model training

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in speech recognition or a closely related field
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch
• Strong understanding of automatic speech recognition techniques and models
• Experience with Streaming ASR Models, such as Conformer
• Familiarity with ASR evaluation techniques and recognition improving methods
