Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications while optimizing machine learning solutions to enhance healthcare outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications utilizing large language models and natural language processing
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and support ML pipeline workflows
• Mentor engineers on best practices and collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
• 4+ years of experience as an ML/AI Engineer with proven applied AI/LLM deployments
• Proficiency in Python and ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with large language models, embeddings, and vector databases
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure for deploying AI systems
