Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To strengthen the team, the full-time Machine Learning Engineer will design and optimize automatic speech recognition (ASR) models, collaborate with product managers and engineers for seamless integration, and partner with data teams to build efficient audio data pipelines, all while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize ASR models for accurate speech recognition
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate ASR technology
• Build efficient audio data pipelines from preprocessing to model training

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in speech recognition or a closely related field
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, especially PyTorch
• Strong understanding of state-of-the-art ASR techniques and models
• Experience with Streaming ASR Models, such as Conformer
• Knowledge of signal processing, statistical modeling, and language structure
