Job Summary

To enhance their team, a full-time Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) will design and optimize ASR models, collaborate with product teams, and build efficient audio data pipelines, all while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize ASR models for accurate speech recognition
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate ASR technology seamlessly
• Partner with data teams to develop efficient audio data pipelines from preprocessing to model training

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in speech recognition or a closely related field
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch
• Strong understanding of state-of-the-art ASR techniques and models
• Experience with streaming ASR models, such as Conformer
• Knowledge of signal processing, statistical modeling, and language structure
