Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Machine Learning Engineer will develop and optimize machine learning models, implement robust CI/CD workflows, and collaborate with data engineering teams to align ML pipelines with architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate ML models using curated datasets and create scalable training pipelines
• Operationalize models with CI/CD workflows and monitor production models for performance metrics
• Document ML processes and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring junior team members

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ML Engineering or Applied Machine Learning
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Proficient with Databricks, MLflow, and PySpark
• Solid understanding of model lifecycle and MLOps practices, particularly in AWS environments
• Experience with machine learning models and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning
