Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the development and scalability of the enterprise AI/ML platform, the full-time Machine Learning Engineer - Platforms will manage MLOps engineering, platform integration, and automation while collaborating with data scientists and IT teams to enhance healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise AI/ML platform, ensuring reliability and integration with institutional systems
• Orchestrate training, deployment, and inference pipelines within Dataiku, targeting Azure and on-premises Kubernetes clusters
• Monitor platform performance, security, and compliance, while providing support for data scientists and ML engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Physics, Math & Statistics, or a related discipline
• 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, data engineering, or software engineering
• 1 year of experience in a relevant field with a Master's degree
• Experience with MLOps platforms and cloud technologies, particularly Azure and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in CI/CD and automation of the AI lifecycle
