Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a fast-paced team, the full-time Forward Deployed Machine Learning Engineer will work remotely to build the technical foundation for benchmarks and evaluations, partnering with customers and researchers to enhance AI model performance through robust data evaluation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the GM and customers to define strong evaluation standards across various domains
• Build and maintain the backend infrastructure, including data pipelines and execution environments
• Identify and iterate on evaluation patterns and product opportunities based on customer engagements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience with hands-on machine learning work
• Proven experience in owning backend and infrastructure development
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments with a bias for action
• Experience with fast-paced market demands and urgency
• Strong written communication skills
