Job Summary
Driving hands-on adoption of the Torc Sim platform, the full-time remote Machine Learning Engineer will act as the embedded point of contact between Dataloop + Simulation and Autonomy teams, ensuring scalable execution of replay/recompute workflows and effective visualization of metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the end-to-end data flow and onboard Autonomy models for scalable execution and metric evaluation
- Debug issues across the full stack, translating feedback from Autonomy engineers into product roadmap requirements
- Document workflows and onboard new users to facilitate broader adoption of the simulation tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
- Strong Python skills and experience building or operating data pipelines at scale
- Experience with simulation, replay, or model validation in autonomy or robotics contexts
- Familiarity with autonomy or robotics ML models, including perception, tracking, prediction, or planning
- Comfort working across cloud storage and compute environments
