Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for end-to-end ownership of machine learning products, including discovery, design, building, and shipping, while managing both successful and unsuccessful experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain canonical datasets and rules-based resolution pipelines for job data
• Implement advanced job matching systems and mobility embeddings to enhance user experience
• Build evaluation infrastructure and ensure compliance with data regulations while managing production systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping machine learning systems into production with measurable impacts
• Proficiency in classical ML and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with LLMs in production environments, including retrieval and prompt engineering
• Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency in Python, Git, and cloud services like AWS
• Demonstrated use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or equivalent in previous projects
