Job Summary
To advance computer vision initiatives, the remote Machine Learning Engineer will manage end-to-end projects focused on equipment defect detection, thermal anomaly identification, and vegetation encroachment monitoring while collaborating with a team of experienced ML engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver computer vision projects from problem framing through production deployment and monitoring
- Stay current with ML/CV research, adapting algorithms and performing structured error analysis
- Develop production-grade Python libraries and design data pipelines for the complete ML lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of industry experience in computer vision and machine learning
- Solid understanding of modern computer vision techniques and deep neural networks
- Experience taking at least one ML model into production and maintaining it
- Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries such as PyTorch, OpenCV, and Scikit-Learn
- Strong software engineering practices, including Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
