Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support national security initiatives, the full-time Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and deploy automated ML workflows, focusing on computer vision solutions and collaborating with mission partners in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full machine learning lifecycle by transitioning computer vision models from experimentation to production microservices
• Collaborate with mission partners and technical teams to translate operational challenges into practical ML requirements
• Build and optimize robust pipelines for data preparation, model training, and deployment using modern MLOps tools

Required qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and ML lifecycle platforms
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern development practices
