Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer for a full-time remote position focused on owning the full ML lifecycle for ranking and retrieval systems that enhance search relevance for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Train, deploy, and serve ranking models in production, managing the entire ML lifecycle
• Build ranker features, training pipelines, and offline evaluation frameworks
• Design and scale hybrid retrieval systems that combine lexical and vector search

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 5+ years of ML engineering experience focused on ranking and retrieval
• Proven experience in training, deploying, and serving models in production
• Hands-on experience with building hybrid retrieval systems
• Strong fundamentals in query understanding, including intent modeling and query expansion
