Machine Learning Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI and machine learning solutions in a healthcare technology environment, the contract-to-hire Machine Learning Engineer will build and maintain infrastructure, pipelines, and deployment processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows
- Develop and optimize ETL and data processing pipelines for clean data transformation
- Write clean, maintainable Python code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering or data engineering experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting machine learning solutions in production environments
- Strong Python development skills and familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
