Machine Learning Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer II - Roads and Lanes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and train computer vision and deep learning models for road lane detection using monocular and multimodal sensor data
• Design 3D road surface models and lane geometry, integrating them into the autonomy pipeline
• Analyze model performance, identify corner cases, and improve robustness under various environmental conditions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, machine learning, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience, or a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience
• Hands-on experience in developing AI models for perception tasks such as lane detection and road surface modeling
• Strong understanding of camera calibration, multi-sensor alignment, and image-to-BEV projection
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with experience in production-quality AI coding
• Experience training models on large datasets and using adaptive computing environments
