- Manage and mentor a team of Machine Learning engineers, providing technical guidance and support
- Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders to enhance the Homefeed experience and shape future content personalization
Required Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, NLP, Statistics, Information Sciences, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading large-scale production recommendation systems using advanced machine learning and big data technology
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an engineering manager or technical lead in a machine learning engineering team of 10+ members
- 8+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of impactful solutions
- Strong focus on product impact and user experience in a consumer-focused environment
