Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineering Manager for Identity Verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision for Identity Verification systems
• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, integrating ML models with backend services and frontend applications
• Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer Success while building a high-performance team culture

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex software products
• Strong understanding of production ML systems, particularly in computer vision, biometrics, or fraud detection
• Experience with the full ML lifecycle, including data management, training, deployment, and monitoring
• Solid background in SaaS or distributed systems, including backend APIs and modern frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD practices
