Machine Learning Lead Engineer

Job Summary

Leading applied ML initiatives, the full-time remote Machine Learning Lead Engineer will integrate LLM and AI-agent technologies into client engagements focused on Anti-Fraud, optimizing output quality and automating workflows to enhance operational capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic workflows for data generation, evaluation, and safety use cases
• Build automated evaluation systems and self-verification pipelines to codify acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Delivery Leads and client teams to translate business requirements into ML designs

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in applied ML and LLM development with a history of launching workflows into production
• Strong background in building anti-fraud platforms or real-time anomaly detection frameworks
• Experience in developing automated evaluation pipelines and grading systems
• Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on engineering skills
• Proven ability to optimize manual operations for enhanced throughput and margins
