A company is looking for a Machine Learning Manager - Ads Creative Effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of machine learning engineers and software engineers
• Define long-term roadmaps and translate ideas into measurable outcomes for generative AI projects
• Launch and scale machine learning-powered tools and predictive models, overseeing the full lifecycle from prototype to production

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with machine learning models, particularly LLM/VLM fine-tuning
• Proven track record in building high-throughput, low-latency services and real-time data pipelines
• Familiarity with uplift metrics and causal inference methodologies
• Understanding of auction dynamics and advertiser needs in the marketplace
• Experience in leading and mentoring high-impact machine learning teams
