Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Machine Learning Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for the internal ML platform and ML Ops, managing existing tools and selecting new additions
• Lead a cross-functional team to build robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning
• Establish optimized automations for model development and ensure consistency in deployment strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in ML, Software Engineering, or Data Science, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Mastery of MLOps principles and distributed systems
• Experience with orchestration tools and ML frameworks
• High proficiency in AWS and Snowflake ecosystems
• Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and influence stakeholders at the C-suite level
