Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

To advance precision medicine in healthcare, the full-time Machine Learning Scientist, Applied Machine Learning and Agentic AI will develop innovative agentic frameworks for automating the discovery of predictive models in oncology, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing extensive multimodal data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complex agentic workflows and build agents for long-horizon planning and reasoning
• Leverage oncology foundation models to create predictive algorithms integrating diverse data types
• Collaborate with clinical scientists and pharma partners to identify high-value use cases for drug R&D

Required qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Python and experience with agentic frameworks, particularly LangGraph
• Strong foundation in survival analysis and evaluation metrics for oncology models
• Experience working with clinical trial data and knowledge of oncology and clinical drug development
• Proven track record of success demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications or impactful projects
