Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

As the dedicated ML lead for Sales productivity and automation, the full-time remote Machine Learning Scientist will define and execute the AI/ML investment roadmap, design and deploy production ML models, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance sales efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define the AI/ML investment roadmap for the Sales pod, identifying opportunities for meaningful improvements in Sales productivity
• Design, build, and deploy production ML models and automation systems end-to-end
• Iterate on launched products based on performance data and seller feedback to ensure measurable business impact

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Proven experience in independently scoping and leading end-to-end ML projects in production environments
• Strong strategic acumen to translate business objectives into a prioritized technical roadmap
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for building ML pipelines and models
• Experience with LLMs, AI, or agentic systems is a bonus but not required
