Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Machine Learning Software Engineer will build innovative application experiences, implement user interfaces, and optimize code for performance while providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, operations, and infrastructure teams to create cutting-edge application experiences
- Architect scalable systems and analyze code for quality and efficiency, driving initiatives to reduce technical debt
- Lead major projects, set team goals, and mentor peers while onboarding new team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 4+ years of experience with a PhD
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects and driving change within an organization
- Experience utilizing data and analysis to address technical problems and provide solutions
- Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is preferred
