Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Evaluation Specialist to design complex evaluation problems for AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose and design complex machine learning evaluation tasks based on domain expertise
• Assess AI-generated solutions for correctness and methodological rigor
• Collaborate with a global team to document problem difficulty and required domain knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Graduate-level expertise (MS or PhD preferred) in a scientific or technical domain related to machine learning
• Strong knowledge of ML methods, model selection, and evaluation metrics
• Experience with active research problems in the relevant field
• Experience in publishing or conducting original research is highly valued
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently on complex tasks
