Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Tech Lead (with GenAI).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers while driving the roadmap for machine learning projects
• Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models and other machine learning solutions
• Architect and manage scalable ML solutions using AWS services, ensuring best practices in security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with large language models and NLP frameworks
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within ML/AI
• Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and model optimization
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices
