Job Summary

To drive innovation in machine learning, the full-time remote Machine Learning Tech Lead will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on to critical ML projects, focusing on architectural decisions and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Set technical direction and standards for ML projects, including architectural decisions and troubleshooting complex challenges
• Mentor junior and mid-level ML engineers, conducting technical code reviews and creating growth opportunities
• Contribute code to critical components and develop reusable ML accelerators and frameworks

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge across multiple ML domains and extensive experience building production-grade ML systems
• Proficiency in multiple ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, with advanced AWS experience
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable ML architectures and a strong understanding of ML infrastructure and operations
• Exemplary coding standards, including testing practices and advanced Git workflows
• Experience optimizing ML models and infrastructure, along with creating clear technical documentation
