Job Summary

A company is looking for a macOS Endpoint Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily administration of macOS endpoints via 3rd party console
Create, administer, and troubleshoot configuration profiles and policies within Jamf MDM console
Collaborate with various teams to document, test, and publish requested applications and create troubleshooting knowledge base articles

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience
5+ years of experience diagnosing and solving problems in a Mac environment; 8+ years of general endpoint experience
Experience with Jamf Pro MDM console and creating device security policies
Ability to provide advanced troubleshooting and implement compliance policies
Experience with CMMC compliance is a plus
